We now utilize Phantom Drones by DJI to assist with our claims investigations. Drones are an effective tool to increase the visibility of a roof and damages from different perspectives. They can be beneficial for surveying damage after widespread storm situations, where there are a lot of downed trees and power lines, or when access to an area may be limited.
